Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Visionarize. Because our services involve dedicated time, custom preparation, and active subconscious coaching and hypnosis work, all sales are final upon delivery or booking confirmation.

1. General Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases, bookings, and payments made through https://visionarize.org—including individual hypnosis sessions, coaching packages, digital products, and online programs—are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or confirmed. Once a service is rendered or a session is booked, fees cannot be refunded, refunded in part, or transferred.

• Order Cancellations: Digital items or bookings cannot be canceled once accessed or confirmed. If a duplicate billing error or unauthorized duplicate charge occurs, the duplicate order will be canceled upon review.

• Turnaround Time for Approved Refunds: In the exceptional event that a refund or order cancellation is approved at the sole discretion of Visionarize (or due to technical billing duplicates), the refund will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

2. Digital Delivery & Service Execution

• Digital Products & Courses: Instant access or email delivery is provided immediately upon payment verification.

• 1-on-1 Sessions: Confirmed instantly upon successful booking and payment via our scheduling platform.

3. Rescheduling Policy (For Live Sessions)

While refunds are not provided, we accommodate schedule changes under the following terms:

• Advance Notice: You must provide at least 24 hours’ advance notice prior to your scheduled session time to request a change.

• Eligible Rescheduling: Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice can be moved to an available future date at no additional cost.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-shows”), will result in the immediate forfeiture of the session fee without eligibility for a refund or rescheduling.

4. Service Outcomes & Satisfaction

Subconscious change, hypnosis, and mindset coaching require active participation, openness, and personal commitment. Because individual results depend on personal application, no guarantees of specific outcomes are made, and no refunds will be issued based on personal satisfaction or perceived results.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase on visionarize.org, you explicitly agree to this policy. Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes initiated through your bank or card provider will be contested using this agreement, IP logs, and booking confirmation records.
