1. Business Information & Legal Entity

Visionarize is an online coaching and educational service operating from Rawalpindi, Pakistan. All transactions, digital content, and services offered on this platform are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

2. Scope of Practice & Non-Medical Disclaimer

Visionarize provides personal development and subconscious hypnosis coaching. Our services are strictly educational and non-clinical. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or psychological therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions.

3. Payments, Pricing & Access

Payments for sessions, courses, and digital products are accepted online via major credit/debit cards (processed securely through Safepay) or via Direct Bank Transfer. All prices are listed in Pakistan Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Access to digital materials or confirmation of live coaching sessions is granted only upon full payment verification. All purchases are governed strictly by our Refund Policy.

4. Complaints Handling Mechanism

We are committed to resolving customer concerns and disputes fairly and transparently:

5. Client Responsibility & Limitation of Liability

You participate in all sessions and programs voluntarily and take full responsibility for your personal well-being, decisions, and actions. Visionarize and its facilitators shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect outcomes resulting from the use of our website, materials, or coaching sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, audio files, frameworks, and course materials on visionarize.org belong exclusively to Visionarize. They may not be reproduced, duplicated, resold, or redistributed without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. You agree that the courts of Rawalpindi / Islamabad (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms, our website, or services provided through visionarize.org.
